All intellectual property created by Digimarketing Mix during the course of providing services remains the property of Digimarketing Mix until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, except for pre-existing intellectual property owned by Digimarketing Mix.

Digimarketing Mix will provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. While we strive to achieve the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes due to the variable nature of digital marketing.
